- To redeem your points, you must be logged in.

- Please ensure you have sufficient points in your membership account before you request a reward. Check your points – this will require you to log-in using your membership number and password, and then go to "Back to my Status" to view your statement.
- The first time you log-in you’ll be required to read and accept the Terms and Conditions of the PartneRewards programme.
- To offer you the best service we’d also like to get to know you better – please update your details the first time you log-in – you can edit this at any time.
- Complete and submit the online Reward Request form.
- Either fax or email a copy of your Identity Document to the Program Administrator. If a second person will be accepting a delivery or collecting an order on your behalf, please send a copy of their Identity Document in addition to your own.
- You will be sent e-mail confirmation that your order has been received.
- Delivery takes 30 days from date of order.
- Proof of identification will be requested on delivery of your order.
- Collection may take place once the Program Administrator has sent you the details necessary for collection.
- Remember to take your Identity Document with you to collect. No items will be released without proof of identification.
- When collecting the order from a Hi Fi Corporation branch, you will not receive a receipt. The receipt will be sent to the Program Administrator and it will be available to you if necessary.
